Prices are per apartment per night, including all taxes.
Not included are the local tax (EUR 2,30/pers. and day) for guests over 18 years and the costs for final cleaning in the amount of EUR 70,00.
It in the off-season short stays up to 5 nights are possible depending on availability. We charge a surcharge of 15% -25% up to 5 nights based on the length of stay.
In the peak season as well as in the vacation periods the minimum stay is 7 nights. Shorter stays are also possible depending on availability and we charge a surcharge of 15% – 25% up to 7 nights depending on the length of stay.
The minimum stay in high season is 7 nights and arrival and/or departure is possible only on Saturdays.
