After your ride, take a dip in Lake Turnersee or rest your legs in the garden – just as you please. As a couple, with friends or with the family, on an e-bike, touring bike, gravel bike, road bike or mountain bike.
Our nine holiday apartments for two to six guests in St. Primus give you space to settle in and unwind. A fully equipped kitchen, a balcony or terrace and air conditioning in the living area let you enjoy your own daily rhythm. Your bikes are stored in our lockable bike room, with charging facilities for e-bikes. If you arrive without your own bike, you can rent an e-bike directly from us for an additional charge.
As I enjoy cycling myself, I’m happy to help you find a route that suits your fitness, interests and appetite for a leisurely stop along the way. When you return, our covered pool, heated in spring and autumn, awaits – or head to Lake Turnersee, just a few minutes’ walk away, with free beach access included.

If you love being by the water, you’ll enjoy this ride. The route links four lakes in southern Carinthia on a leisurely outing. It’s all about enjoying the day at your own pace: lingering by the shore, unwinding or taking a refreshing dip in Lake Gösselsdorfer See.

Whether it’s a refreshing ice cream at Lake Klopeiner See or a leisurely coffee at Eberndorf Abbey, there are lovely reasons to hop off your bike. For families, there’s even a great playground at the abbey, right along the route.
Along the Drau river into the Rosental valley
A ride into the Rosental valley
Follow the water and leave everyday life behind: this varied ride takes you along some of the loveliest stretches of the Drau Cycle Path towards the Rosental valley. The old railway bridge is a scenic highlight along the way. If you fancy a detour, visit idyllic Lake Linsendorfer See or stop at Fishery Stefan restaurant.

A detour to Lake Linsendorfer See is doubly rewarding: enjoy the idyllic natural surroundings and stop at the lakeside Buschenschänke tavern, open Friday to Sunday, or at Fishery Stefan, right along the route.

The beauty of southern Carinthia
Cultural treasures and natural highlights in one ride: this varied route takes you past the well-known church in Stein im Jauntal and into the green heart of the region. The highlight is the panoramic view from the bridge where the Vellach flows into the Drau – a wonderful spot for a photo and a moment to let your gaze wander across the water.

Discover Trögerner Klamm: The mountain & gorge adventure
Ready for a classic day out on the bike? This challenging ride rewards you with spectacular scenery. The highlight is the remarkable Trögerner Klamm gorge, where you cycle between imposing rock formations alongside a crystal-clear, rushing stream. At almost 55 kilometres with 680 metres of ascent, this route is perfect for anyone who enjoys a few climbs and beautiful natural surroundings.

Is a cycling holiday worthwhile in spring and autumn too?
Absolutely! In spring, you’ll cycle past flowering meadows ; in autumn, through colourful landscapes. We’re happy to help you choose a route that suits the weather and your fitness level. Back at the house, our covered pool awaits, pleasantly heated in spring and autumn.
Can we add breakfast to our stay?
You have a choice for your start to the day: fresh bread rolls and regional products from our delivery service , or a breakfast featuring regional produce, served directly in your apartment. Both options are available at an additional charge . Served breakfast is seasonal, subject to availability and must be booked for your entire stay.
Can we order a packed lunch for our ride?
You can order a hearty packed lunch through our delivery service. That way, you’ll have something tasty for your ride and can stop for a break wherever takes your fancy.
Can we stay for just one night?
Yes, in the low and shoulder seasons, you can stay
