Our nine 4-star holiday apartments for up to 6 guests in St. Primus near Lake Turnersee give your family the freedom to find your own rhythm. Enjoy breakfast together, head outdoors or make no plans at all – with plenty of space to play, share good food and unwind.
One or two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living area and your own balcony or terrace make family holidays easy. Outside, you’ll find a garden with a playground, trampoline and dwarf rabbits, along with the covered pool, heated in spring and autumn. Free beach access at Lake Turnersee is just a short walk away.
As your host and a mum myself, I know that not every holiday needs a packed itinerary. Sometimes it’s the little discoveries that stay with us longest. I’m happy to help you find just the outing you feel like today.

Travelling with children usually means bringing plenty along. That’s why bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are already here, ready for you.
Just bring your own beach towels.

Cots, highchairs, toilet training seats and step stools are available to borrow, making packing that little bit easier. - For laundry during your stay:
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house on request. - Fully equipped kitchen:
A dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and SodaStream are all provided, along with crockery and cooking utensils.
Breakfast your way
Just as you like it: prepare your own breakfast in your apartment, order fresh bread rolls and regional produce, or have our delicious regional breakfast served directly in your apartment. No pressure and plenty of flexibility – simply decide afresh each day what you feel like.
(Bread roll delivery and breakfast service are available at an extra charge; served breakfast is seasonal, must be booked for the entire stay and is subject to availability.)

Which apartment is right for our family?
Our nine 4-star holiday apartments accommodate up to six guests. Depending on the apartment, you’ll have one or two separate bedrooms and additional sleeping options . Whether you’re travelling with little ones, teenagers or grandparents, we’re happy to help you find the right apartment for your family time at Lake Turnersee.
What equipment is available for babies and toddlers?
Cots, highchairs, toilet training seats and baby monitors are available free of charge on request. That means less to pack and more flexibility for your family.
Is the pool covered and heated?
Our swimming pool is covered and heated in spring and autumn, so you can enjoy the water on cooler days, too. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult when swimming.
How far away is Lake Turnersee, and is the beach suitable for children?
The beach, with free access for our guests, is about 400 metres away – just a few minutes’ walk . Its shallow shoreline gives children space to play and discover the water under adult supervision.
Is there somewhere to store our pushchair?
Yes, you can store your pushchair in our lockable bike storage room.
What is there for teenagers to do?
Swimming in the pool, playing table tennis or table football , or exploring Lake Turnersee on a SUP: there are plenty of ways for teenagers to enjoy being active together . SUPs are available to borrow free of charge. We’re also happy to share personal recommendations for outings and activities in the surrounding area.
Are the holiday apartments air-conditioned?
Yes, all nine holiday apartments have air conditioning in the living area, keeping you comfortable even on hot summer days .
How does breakfast service in the apartment work?
For maximum flexibility, you have a choice: you can add breakfast for your entire stay when booking. We prepare it to your preferences and serve it in your apartment. You can choose and order your breakfast items afresh each day. Served breakfast is not available in July and August or over Christmas.
Alternatively, you can use our daily breakfast delivery service (fresh bread roll service), which you can order flexibly on-site according to your needs. Bread roll delivery and breakfast service are available at an extra charge and subject to availability.
Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are very welcome here.
What time can we check in?
Our apartments are regularly ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM . If you happen to arrive earlier, you are more than welcome to start relaxing in our garden or take a refreshing dip in Lake Turnersee.
Early check-in: if your apartment is ready, you’re welcome to settle in sooner . Just ask us. Apart from Saturdays in July and August, this is usually straightforward.
Sustainable family holidays: enjoying Lake Turnersee with care for nature
That’s why we take care with how we use energy and resources and look after our surroundings in the everyday running of our house – from solar energy and a heat pump to long-lasting natural materials and regional produce at breakfast.
Our house holds both the Austrian Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel.
For me, this is a responsibility I’m happy to embrace – for the place we call home and for our children’s future.
