What toddler and baby equipment is available?

Upon request, we provide baby cots, high chairs, toilet trainers, and baby monitors free of charge. This means you can travel with much less luggage and enjoy full flexibility.

Are there play areas directly at the house?

Yes, we have a large garden with a playground (swing, slide, trampoline) as well as a rabbit hutch with pygmy rabbits to pet – a true paradise for little explorers. You will also find board games and children’s books available for your use.

Is the pool safe for children and is it heated?

Our swimming pool is covered and heated (until approx. the beginning of October), so the kids can splash around safely even on cooler days.

How far away is Lake Turnersee, and is the beach child-friendly?

The free lake access is only approx. 400m away (a few minutes’ walk). The beach features a shallow shore, which is ideal for small children to play safely in the water.

What is included in the “FAMILY TIME” package?

The package already includes entry to the Forest Adventure World (Walderlebniswelt) at Lake Klopeiner See, an afternoon with the alpacas, the Aktiv Card Southern Carinthia, and free access to the lake.

Can we store our (e-)bikes safely?

Yes! We provide a secure storage room for sports equipment with charging infrastructure for e-bikes, as well as tools for minor repairs directly at the house.

How does the breakfast service work at the apartment?

For maximum freedom, the choice is yours: you can add breakfast for your entire stay directly when booking – we will prepare it according to your wishes and serve it right in your apartment. Please note that we do not offer served breakfast during July and August, nor during the Christmas period.

Alternatively, you can use our daily breakfast delivery service (fresh bread roll service), which you can order flexibly on-site according to your needs.

Are we allowed to bring our dog?

What does the Aktiv Card Southern Carinthia offer?

Are the apartments equipped for self-catering?

All units feature a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven), allowing you to enjoy flexible self-catering.

Ab wann können wir einchecken?

Our apartments are regularly ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM. If you happen to arrive earlier, you are more than welcome to start relaxing in our garden or take a refreshing dip in Lake Turnersee.

Early Check-in: If your apartment is ready ahead of time, you are more than welcome to move in early! Just check in with us briefly. Except for Saturdays in July and August, this usually works out quite easily.
